BEFORE CRUISE LINE & SHIP ANNOUNCEMENT: ANY DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF CRUISE LINE & SHIP IS 100% FULLY REFUNDABLE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENTS. REFUND REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THAT SAID ANNOUCEMENT TO:

CRUISE PACKAGE: AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC ® is selling a cruise package aboard The Line Dancing Groovy Cruise® 2027 (the “CRUISE PACKAGE”) sailing aboard Carnival Cruise Line (the “CARRIER”), departing from the CARRIER’s cruise terminal in Port Miami, Miami, Florida, August 2027 with ports of call at Half Moon Cay, Bahamas and Celebration Key, Bahamas; and returning to Port Miami. The CRUISE PACKAGE is all-inclusive, consisting of: all food aboard the ship (excluding specialty restaurants and alcohol), entertainment as provided, gratuities, and port fees and taxes.
ITINERARY is subject to change, without prior notice, including but not limited to the departure and return dates and ports, ports of call, order of ports and berthing times, CARRIER, VESSEL, scheduled entertainment, excursion packages, and amenities. If the CRUISE is canceled (including if due to a change in ITINERARY), refunds, if any, will be issued in accordance with the policies in this TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT (no exceptions will be made).

DIRECT REGISTRATION: CUSTOMERS are strongly encouraged to register directly to www.thelinedancinggroovycruise.com and not through a third party. AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® will accept instructions only from a CUSTOMER on the registration. The AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC ® has no authority, nor obligation, to enforce side agreements. Be aware that only AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® can manifest passengers to the VESSEL; therefore, all purchases of berths aboard must go through www.thelinedancinggroovycruise.com. AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® will facilitate the transfer of berths between CUSTOMER and someone else; however, it will not honor any arrangement for which it was not involved.
IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to register in the full name that is listed on his/her government document that will be used for travel. There will be no fee charge if you need to make any changes (marriage or divorce) to a name after travel documents have been issued.
PAYMENTS: We accept debit cards, major credit cards, bank checks and money order by mail. These payments must be received in full 30 days before travel or according to the payment schedule provided in your service agreement. Checks and money orders must be made payable to:

There is a $45 fee for all returned checks.
DEPOSIT: A deposit is due at the time of registration. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The non-refundable deposit will be three hundred dollars ($300) for each passenger/six hundred dollars ($600) for a single registration.
FULL PAYMENT: At time of registration, all bookings can be paid in full.
WAITING LIST: If capacity has been reached, a waiting list will be provided.
LATE PAYMENT: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON TIME. Any late payments will be charged a late fee of $25.00, which will be added to the total cost of your cruise. Any late payment not paid within 60 days of the due date may be subject to cancellation of your reservation. There are no refunds for canceled services due to late or non-payments. If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.
CUSTOMER’S ABILITY TO SAIL: It is a CUSTOMER’S responsibility to know whether or not they can legally sail on the CRUISE. Should it later be determined that the CUSTOMER cannot legally sail, such package will be terminated as of the date AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® becomes aware of the prohibition and the terms of cancellation as defined in this section shall apply; there will NOT be a full refund of the package purchase price.
REFUND AMOUNT: If a CUSTOMER cancels a CRUISE PACKAGE, amounts paid in excess of the nonrefundable deposit are refundable at the following rates:

If the CRUISE is canceled due to an act of nature, breakdown of VESSEL, hostilities, medical outbreak, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes aboard or ashore, restraint of rulers or princes, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others, acts of terrorism, civil commotions, passenger safety, weather conditions and considerations of safety of VESSEL (of which the CARRIER shall be the sole judge), foundering of VESSEL or breakdowns of or damage to its hull, machinery and fittings, inability to secure or failure of supplies, including fuel, requisition of the VESSEL or other circumstances beyond AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC’S control (including but not limited to a change in CARRIER’S fleet deployment caused by any of the aforementioned events) (collectively, such causes shall be referred to as “FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS”), the sole liability of AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® to a paying CUSTOMER shall be for a pro rata refund of any monies theretofore paid by said paying CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER agrees that AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® ENTITIES shall not be responsible for any incidental and consequential damages incurred by CUSTOMER.
AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC® shall not be liable if, at any time and without prior notice, the CARRIER cancels, advances, postpones, or deviates from the ITINERARY.
In the case of the Cruise Line cancels for any reason, all initial deposits and fees are non-refundable. Cruise base cost, taxes, port charges & any prepaid gratuity & pre-paid excursions will be 100% refunded.
No refunds will be made to non-paying CUSTOMER.
CANCELLATION: Once registration has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to linedancinggroovycruise@gmail.com with the full name and date of birth. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 804-447-0777 to ensure your information was received. Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable; all payments are subject to our cancellation/refund policy.
REGISTRATION CHANGES: Changes to an existing registration, whatever the cause, will incur a $100 per person charge for changes after February 16, 2026, except for a name change due to marriage or divorce.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIRED:
BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND VALID PHOTO ID: Birth certificate and a valid photo ID are required if a passport is not available.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising. The travel documents must be on the CUSTOMER’S person and readily accessible when boarding the ship. If the travel documents are in a CUSTOMER’S luggage or have been accidentally left at home, the CUSTOMER will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued. No CUSTOMER will be permitted to board the ship without valid travel documentation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself. Travel insurance may be purchased from a national insurer such as Travel Guard Travel Guard Insurance, Although some airlines offer travel insurance, please be aware that such insurance rarely covers more than just the airfare; you might still lose your investment in the CRUISE PACKAGE. Seriously consider purchasing insurance from a travel insurance carrier, which usually covers the entire investment.
CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for cruise tours is 6 months old and child must sail in a cabin with an adult over age of 25 years of age.
MEDICAL SERVICES: Many ships do not carry a doctor or nurse onboard. Should medical attention be required, local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. AVIS G & ASSOCIATES, LLC ® and the cruise ship operator are not responsible for the services provided.
